A Table Set From Two Worlds
The finest galleys in the world ask for two things at once: the very best of what is imported, and the very best of what could never be. In Vanuatu, both are possible in the same delivery.

PROVISIONING
The Service
Provisioning a superyacht in a remote Pacific nation demands a different kind of network, one that can produce French champagne and artisan cheese with the same ease as deep sea fish landed that morning and papaya still warm from the tree. Vanuatu Yachts maintains exactly that network, built over a decade of daily relationships with growers, fishers, importers and specialist suppliers across Vanuatu, Australia, New Zealand and beyond.
Every order is treated as a private commission, not a standing list. Your chef's brief, however specific, however last-minute is met with the same quiet efficiency as every other part of a VYA arrival.
“Those who know Vanuatu rarely describe it. They simply return.”

What We Source
- Fresh seafood: Pacific Rock Lobster, Flame Tailed Snapper, Yellowfin Tuna, Wahoo, Mahi Mahi, Pacific Dragon Prawn, sourced to order and handled to superyacht standards
- Organic and tropical produce: grown across Vanuatu's volcanic soil, unlike anything shipped in from further afield
- French products: cheese, charcuterie, pâtisserie ingredients and pantry staples imported specifically for discerning galleys
- Premium wines and champagne: curated selections held and sourced on request
- Special dietary requirements: allergen-aware, plant-based, and bespoke nutritional programmes handled with precision and discretion
- Private chef support: provisioning consultation, menu sourcing and galley liaison for chefs unfamiliar with the local market
The only thing your galley team needs to think about is the meal itself.

PROVISIONING
Aspiration, Delivered
A guest's first evening at anchor should taste like Vanuatu, not like a supply chain. We work with your chef ahead of arrival to understand what the season, the itinerary and the occasion call for, then source it quietly, completely, and delivered tender-side, so that the only thing your galley team needs to think about is the meal itself.
