The Service
A guest's experience of Vanuatu extends well beyond the water, a private villa for a night ashore, a helicopter to a location no road reaches, a dental appointment arranged with the same discretion as a dinner reservation. VYA's concierge service exists to manage every one of these details, so that a request is simply resolved as swiftly as it was made.
This is not a call centre relaying requests to third parties. It is a small, senior team with direct relationships across Vanuatu's hospitality, aviation, medical and lifestyle network, able to move quickly because the right contact is already onside.
